Small & Medium Business Web 2.0 Suite

The Web 2.0 Suite is part of the SMB Unified Communications solution and adds Real Time Communications to messaging. E-mail communication may be fast, but IM (Instant Messaging) is immediate and presence information lets users see who is online and available. Users can talk on the phone with a customer and in parallel use IM to check with internal technicians, or colleagues for help or information. When two users are communicating via IM and need more expertise, with one click others can be added to the IM conversation.
